Technology can be a daunting task for some, but imagine what it is like to try to choose, purchase and setup a TV set if you do not own or use one. This was my customer’s dilemma. I got the call.

A senior with a passion for NCIS(R) was moving to California from New York. The senior center had posted room layouts online, which made it a bit easier. The hookup and TV selection needed to be worked out. The move date was in two weeks.

Move Day: TV was connected, favorite channel for NCIS(R) selected and a local TV guide was purchased for the senior.
